Observatory Rooftop Pool with gym

I truly enjoyed my stay and we definitely book again at Paragon Positive: Internet was fine. Facilities were perfect. Negative: During check out there was no place to keep my luggage temporarily (5hrs storage) before leaving cape town. The guards at the reception said the company policy does not allow to keep visitors luggage. This is despite a short period (not exceeding a day!) of keeping a luggage while one make a last stop at nearby shops. I did not understand how a luggage of one person sitting (with signed indemnity form) at the corner of the reception can inconvenience the facility. I think this needs to be looked into. Please also provide electric blankets as it is now getting cold.

Positive: The apartment was clean and spacious. The security was very friendly and helpful. Negative: We paid quire a bit for the apartment, but the couches had no covers. It was an eyesore. In the early parts of the morning, the place becomes noisy, with people talking loudly...likely coming from the nearby garage. When you look out the "lounge" window, you see the back of the garage with hundreds of giant rats.

Horrible treatment Positive: Centre Negative: The treatment by so called cleaners to my kids was worst than you can imagine. Chased out of the apartment while still in bed and rude to them.
