Amazing Positive: Location was very nice and quiet. Close to fast food restaurants as well as a grocery store.

Positive: Apartment is clean Negative: No ventilation in the toilet due to how it is build

Positive: Lots of kitchen tools that we appreciated. Negative: The gym was quite inadequate to be described as a gym. In the property marketing, it isn't quite fair to say there is a gym on the property. All the equiptment was either broken or parts were missing. We wish there a description that the apartment lacked AC. Most days it was not an issue but we came into the apartment and searched for two hours for a way to turn on the AC (which did not exist). The showers can very easily flood the entire bathrooms (especially the one that doesn't even have a curtain). It became such an issue that we almost flooded the entire kitchen as well. Both bathrooms need to have shower doors and preferably, both showers need to have a bigger "step in barrier" so as to avoid flooding the entire bathroom with an inch of water.
