Central location & secure. Positive: Location, size & secure. Negative: (1) Infested with cockroaches especially inside fridge (2) black mildew on inside of fridge door (3) Showers in both bathrooms leaked lots of water onto floor when used (4) Dirt-caked mugs amongst clean cups in cupboard (5) Burn marks across kitchen & lounge wooden floors (6) couch torn
