Great flat, safe and secure as a femal Positive: Really great flat, great location to the hospital and central capetown so was ideal for my stay. Felt safe and secure as there is always security downstairs. Very easy to deal with the hosts - they were fast to respond and very accommodating to any requests I had! Overall great stay and would recommend! Negative: The previous people must have been smoking as there was the smell of smoke but it wasn’t too bad.

Positive: Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr nette Securitys am Eingang (sicheres Gebäude). Zentrale Lage (nah von Stadtkern, Supermarkt in der Nähe). Negative: Extrem laut. Möbel zum Teil kaputt (Fenster liess sich nicht öffnen).

Positive: Rooms only Negative: Kitchen and lounge space is small for the price you pay and the location it’s noisy at night

Comfortable accommodation with friendly staff Positive: The staff was very helpful and highly responsive. Negative: The washing machine didn't work and one leg of the couch was skew resulting in uncomfortable sitting situation. It would have been good to have a Welcome Note with details of how things works around the accommodation e.g. what one should do when the rubbish is full or when to expect linen change.
