Paragon Urbane Central Modern Rooftop Pool

Fantastic experience at the Paragon Urbane, clean and conveniently situated. Positive: The mechanism was new to us but such a convenient way to keep the key. We delayed at the door because we could not see the key in spite of having entered the code. We informed management though and assistance was sent immediately, However, we managed to retrieve the key just as assistance got to our floor. It was a rather funny but good little adventure experience. Negative: Hard to say I did not like something about the apartment. However, we were concerned that the blinds did not function well. Unit 501 was perfect for our stay. Just perfect.

Week Long stay while at UCT Campus Positive: The location was central and close to the UCT Health campus (2min walk). The lobby staff was always helpful and responsive. The noise from the street was minimal,even during rush hour,but only when the sliding door was closed. The gym has all one needs for a workout as well. Close to major supermarkets and a service station close by. Central Observatory was closed by so we could walk to Armchair, Stones,Mr Lin's, Obz Cafe, a good barber,ect. Negative: There was what I believe is mould on the ceiling of the master bedroom's bathroom. The microwave needs to be replaced,it short circuits (as if there's metal inside).

Great flat, safe and secure as a femal Positive: Really great flat, great location to the hospital and central capetown so was ideal for my stay. Felt safe and secure as there is always security downstairs. Very easy to deal with the hosts - they were fast to respond and very accommodating to any requests I had! Overall great stay and would recommend! Negative: The previous people must have been smoking as there was the smell of smoke but it wasn’t too bad.

Positive: Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr nette Securitys am Eingang (sicheres Gebäude). Zentrale Lage (nah von Stadtkern, Supermarkt in der Nähe). Negative: Extrem laut. Möbel zum Teil kaputt (Fenster liess sich nicht öffnen).
