Opulent Gem City Centre Getaway

Was very relaxing and peaceful Positive: I liked the nice welcoming with the coffee & tea with the little biscuits and chocolates. I was impressed. Negative: Didn't change the towels for clean ones.

There is no view beside long buildings that you see when you look outside with window..No balcony Positive: Quite Negative: Linen was not changed at all Ooackroches in cupboards Wifi not working

We really enjoyed our stay. Negative: Cockroaches all over the place, the place need to be fumigated.

Decent but needs improvement Positive: I was traveling for work, and the location was excellent—convenient and close to everything I needed. The room was decent overall, but I did encounter a couple of issues: there were cockroaches, and the iron didn’t work. A functioning iron is essential, especially when traveling for business, so that was a bit of a letdown

Terrible client service all round. It is a good place that is being totally mismanaged. Positive: Good location, close to numerous amenities, and good security. Negative: Terrible service from the managing agent, zero customer service. The place was unclean when I checked in, and the managing agent was totally nonchalant about this. On check out, the agent was really aggressive and totally rude. Will never stay in that apartment again!
