Disappointing Positive: There was nothing luxurious about it. The furniture was dirty and worn out plus,bedding covers were stained. The patio door didn’t close properly leading to poor cooling of the room from the AC. The property team was supposed to address my concerns but instead sent some clown over to assess the patio door and claiming he’d fix it but, he never came back. And worse than the accommodations was the lobby attendant who was ridiculously rude and condescending.
