Awesome Positive: It’s a lovely well stocked and decorated space in a great suburb Negative: I just wished there’d been electric blankets - the small fin heater is not sufficient

Cozy Comfort in a Prime Location Positive: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The central location was extremely convenient, providing easy access to key attractions and amenities. Despite being in a busy area, noise control was exceptional, allowing for a peaceful and comfortable experience. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully presented. I would highly recommend this accommodation to both business and leisure travelers. Negative: My only regret would be having to leave so soon. Just a small suggestion an aircon would be a game-changer on cold days. Also, a few board games or something fun to do indoors would be a nice bonus for chill evenings. Just some ideas to make an awesome spot even better!

Wir haben diese Unterkunft als Familienunterkubft gebucht um auch den Pool und die Küche zu nutzen. Das war nicht optima Positive: Ich hatte vorab, als ich Mängel bezüglich der Sauberkeit in den Bemerkungsfeldern gelesen hatte, darum gebeten gründlich zu säubern. Dies wurde wirklich gründlich umgesetzt. E gibt 2 Bäder. Das ist top. Der Sicherheitsdienst gibt einem ein gutes Gefühl und ist sehr freundlich. Einen Parkplatz bekommt man auf dem Grundstück, auch das ist sehr angenehm. Negative: Ich hatte um neue Töpfe gebeten, da diese verbogen und zerkratzt sind. Bekommen habe ich eine Pfanne und einen Obstkorb. Ich musste täglich für meinen Sohn kochen. Der Geschirrspüler war in der ganzen Zeit defekt, somit stand ich jeden Tag in der Küche um für die uns vierköpfige Familie abzuwaschen. Der Techniker kam, aber ein Teil nicht. Es gibt 4 große Handtücher und 2 kleine. Frauen mit langen Haaren sollten sich ein Handtuch für die Haare mitbringen, denn man benötigt die kleinen Handtücher ja auch für die Hände. Der Wäscheständer ist ein Zustand. Ein ganz normaler Wäscheständer wäre klasse. Auf dem Balkon gibt es keine Stühle. Der Pool ist oberflächlich so eckelhaft dreckig, dass meine Kinder nicht herein gehen mochten. Das ist sehr ärgerlich gewesen, denn nur wegen dem Pool hatte ich mich für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Abgesehen davon, ist das Wasser im Pool aber nicht nur dreckig sondern auch eiskalt. Wenn man so wie wir in Kapstadt bleibt und viel in Richtung Camps Bay, Clifton Beach und Seapoint fährt, ist das die falsche Unterkunft. Ansonsten ist sie zum herumreisen sehr zentral. Fazit- wir würden diese Unterkunft als Familie nicht wieder buchen.

It was comfortable and well situated but as an 'executive' apartment it fell short of expectation. Positive: The property was in a good location for the purpose if the visit. It was also ideal for our family. Negative: I was attracted to the property because of the facilities. Unfortunately the dishwasher was unoperational for the duration of the stay. The maintenance company attended to the broken in cupboard fittings but the machine failed to work. It appeared that a manual was not left on site and despite downloading one and accessing some online video tutorials the dishwasher continued to not function. The toaster was also faulty as it tripped the mains on the DB board.
