Negative: The downstairs room didn't have windows or much ventilation, and felt damp and smelled a bit damp as well.

Uncomfortable and frustrated
Positive: Toilet smelling like bad drain that is overflowing with smells even after complaining my poor kids needed to sleep in a room that smells like a drain. We had to wash are own dishes because the dishwasher doesn’t wash properly. Stairs outside is unsafe.
